Hassan Phills is one of Canada's fastest-rising comedians, known for his engaging and interactive stand-up shows. Recently featured in Crave's original series 'The Office Movers' and with appearances at Just For Laughs and Moontower Comedy Festival, Hassan has firmly established himself as a dynamic force in entertainment. Dubbed one of the Canadians to watch in comedy, Hassan has a rapidly growing fanbase including your favourite rappers and athletes.

The Toronto-native has a track record of selling out theatres across Canada and the U.S.. Hassan's comedic stylings combine exceptional storytelling with spontaneous crowd interaction, creating a unique, intimate experience that makes every performance unmissable.

Hailing from the Teesdale neighbourhood in Scarborough, Hassan's path in life, shaped by being raised by a single mother has been filled with culture and experiences. The half-Jamaican, half-Somali, full-bred Toronto man, used basketball as his way out of his living situation. It became a way for him to travel the world, experience different communities and find the commonality with people to make them laugh. Now instead of performing on the court, he takes to the stage and screens across the world trying to bring some joy. While he may be best known as a standup comedian, Hassan aims to be a standout in everything he does.
